Out with the old, in with the new.
This is my new catchphrase in life. I’m getting better about embracing change. [Pat myself on back!]
But when it comes to my banking information, it’s better to keep everything!
I am thankful I kept my old bank accounts in Mint when I did my taxes this spring.
I no longer can access the info from my bank’s website, but Mint still had all the transactions—and the interest payments I needed to report.
Amended catchphrase: Out with the old, in with the new, except keep all financial docs for approx. forever.
