Queen of my Credit Card

by astanhaus

We all know at least a friend of a friend whose credit card # was stolen this holiday season because of data breaches at Target and Neimans.

I watched CBS Sunday Morning last weekend and one of their segments reminded me to keep calm and continue using credit.

In summary, it is a pain when credit card info is stolen. But, everything will be okay… eventually.

Cash is king because it plays by the rule “finders keepers.” Not a noble rule.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but no one will be returning our cash to us, if stolen.

Meanwhile, I am queen of my credit card. Only purchases I authorize are charged to my credit card. If I deem a charge unauthorized, I don’t have to pay for it!

Doesn’t it feel good to be queen? But, we must wield our power judiciously. AKA always charge responsibility.
